When we interviewed Juliana, she was a great applicant! She interacted really well with our children and her answers to questions were thoughtful and impressive. We hired her. The next day, she quit, saying that she needed to take extra courses at school and therefore was no longer available. She never mentioned to us that she needed to add extra courses. We are disappointed by the unprofessionalism and our kids are upset because they expected her to start caring for them.
