About Juliana

Hello, my name is Juliana Páez, and I am a caring and dedicated caregiver with over 4 years of experience working with infants as young as 5 months up to children aged 5 years. I have worked as a private nanny, lead teacher in daycare settings, and I am currently a Lead Teacher in the After-School Program at Mundo Verde Bilingual School in Washington, D. C. I am CPR & First Aid certified, have completed 120 hours of Child Development Education, and I am currently pursuing my Child Development Associate (CDA). Families describe me as responsible, loving, and creative, always providing a safe and engaging environment. As a native Spanish speaker who is improving my English daily, I can also introduce children to a bilingual environment.
