About Julia

Julia is, quite simply, a dream come true. She cared for our daughter, H, from 6 to 18 months old, and in that time, she became not just a caregiver, but a beloved member of our family. Julia is the kind of nanny every parent hopes to find—deeply nurturing, endlessly reliable, and profoundly invested in the well-being and development of the child in her care. From the very beginning, Julia impressed us with her professionalism and warmth. She arrives early, stays late, and is never on her phone—her full attention is always on H. Every day is filled with enriching, developmentally appropriate activities: swimming, reading, outdoor adventures, and imaginative play. Julia brings joy, structure, and laughter into our home, and her sense of humor and calm demeanor make her a joy to be around. What sets Julia apart is the way she loves our daughter—as if she were her own. She has attended every doctor’s appointment BY CHOICE (we tried to give her the morning off and she would choose to come instead), simply because she wants to be involved in every aspect of H care. That level of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. Though Julia primarily speaks Russian, we have never experienced a single miscommunication. In fact, her bilingualism has been a beautiful asset in our daughter’s early language development, as noted by her pediatrician. Communication has always been seamless, and we consider her language skills a gift, not a barrier. While Julia cared exclusively for H, she would be an extraordinary asset to families with multiples, and especially first time parents. She has experience with medically complex children as well, and her calm, capable presence would be a gift to any household navigating those challenges. We would have kept Julia forever if we could—but her heart is with newborns and young babies, and she thrives in those early, tender months.
