About Julia

Hi! My name is Julia . I have a bachelor's degree in Psychology from MSU, and nearly 12 years of experience working with older adults in senior living, assisted living, and memory care. Caring for seniors is something I truly love. I've built meaningful relationships with residents and families and have also helped care for my own grandparents. These experiences have taught me the importance of patience, empathy, dignity, and companionship. I'm experienced in supporting individuals with different levels of independence and cognitive ability, including memory loss. I strive to meet each person where they are while encouraging choice, independence, and comfort. I can provide companionship, meal preparatio, light housekeeping, transportation, errands, outings, routine support, and family respite. Most importantly, I want each person to feel seen, respected, safe, and cared for. I'm happy to tailor my support to individual needs and discuss additional services on a case-by-case basis.
