About Julia

Hi my name is Julia! I am 20 years old and looking for a nanny position/ babysitting. I am currently home for the summer, as I'm in the process of becoming an elementary school teacher. I'm approaching my junior year and I have lots of experience working with kids! I'd describe my personality as easy going, hard working, and always in a good mood! I started working with kids when I was around 13 babysitting my younger cousins. I then went into lifeguarding at age 16 and had experience with swimming lessons and helping out with summer camps. I also have worked at a private daycare for almost 3 1/2 years with experience from 4 months to age 5. My number one goal is to earn trust and build relationships with the kids as well the parents. I would say patience is a great skill to have. I feel that I am good at communication whether it being with parents but also communicating with the child as well. I believe I can create a safe and supportive environment for kids.
