About Jenna

Jenna is amazing! We feel incredibly lucky to have had her care for our two children this summer. She was with our family for three months, caring for our 4yo and 11mo old , which can be a busy and sometimes challenging age combination. She handled the dynamic between them with so much patience, confidence, and grace. From the beginning, she was someone we felt we could truly trust with our children. She was unbelievably reliable and did not miss a single day of work the entire summer. She was also wonderful about actually getting the kids out of the house and making their days fun. She regularly planned trips to storytime, children’s museum, science center, splash pads, blueberry picking, playgrounds, and other outdoor fun stuff. She took initiative rather than waiting for us to plan their days for her, and our kids genuinely were excited to spend their days with her!! One of the things we appreciated most was how capable she was at managing all of the little details that come with caring for two young children. She would come home from an outing with two kids, stroller, diaper bag, lunches, water bottles, changes of clothes and whatever else had accumulated throughout the day, and somehow get everyone settled and everything organized and reset. Anyone with young children knows how much goes into that, and it never went unnoticed. She is a senior nursing student at UNH and CPR certified, which gave us additional peace of mind, but beyond that, she simply has a wonderful natural ability to care for and connect with children. She is kind, calm, responsible, and genuinely engaged with them. Our childcare needs changed as we headed into the fall, otherwise we absolutely would have continued having her care for our family. We trust her immensely and would recommend her without hesitation to another family. She really became someone we could depend on, and we are so grateful for the care she gave our kids this summer.
