About Julia

I have always loved animals and care for all kinds of pets at home ,a few of them being dogs, cats, bunnies and a pony. I have been involved in the Steamboat Island dog 4H club for 9 years, and have been a part of the Veterinary Science 4H club for 5 years. Through my 4H experiences, I have learned how to care for, train and act around all kinds of animals. I am especially good around dogs! I have volunteered at the animal shelter for 6 years and foster cats and kittens for them, every year. The summer of my sophomore year in high school, I took a veterinary tech. class through New Market, which also improved my animal handling skills. I have house sat, babysat and walked dogs for more than 10 households and the owners have always been pleased with my work. I am reliable and you can count on me to always be on time. I love animals and am very experienced and qualified for the job.
