Experience: 5 yrs
Full time nanny with over 5 years of professional experience. Began in early childhood care and moved into infant care after a few years. Supported and cared for 4 sets of twins. Began infant care as a night nanny specializing in newborn and twin overnight care. I've supported multiple families, including three sets of twins, helping parents get much needed rest while their babies adjust to healthy sleep routines. I strictly follow CDC recommended safe sleep guidelines, including back to sleep practices, clear sleep environments, and age appropriate feeding schedules. While I always tailor my approach to each family, I have hands on experience using dream feeds, gentle sleep shaping, Harvey Karp sleep techniques, and limited crying methods. My resume is available to view!
Jules has watched my 10-month old daughter a few times and she's been great. She is super sweet and patient with my daughter, is completely unfazed even when my daughter is being difficult, and is very attentive to safety. She's great with things like diaper changes, feeding, etc. and it's very clear that she's had a lot of experience with infants. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for someone to watch their baby!
