Teaching is my passion. I'm understanding and patient with students. I desire to help people reach their academic potential, no matter what level. I'm seeking tutoring jobs in the Superior, Louisville, Lafayette area. I work best with with K-12+ students who have learning challenges. I have specific training, including Orton Gillingham certification, to help students who have difficulties reading or doing math. My skills include tailoring lessons to individual learning styles for math, reading, and writing. I use a highly successful multisensory approach to teach reading and spelling with the Orton Gillingham method. I'm new in the Louisville area, but I have references available from Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster and Denver.
