About Juan

I have hands-on experience providing compassionate support to seniors and individuals with disabilities through my work as a Developmental Support Technician and Direct Support Professional in Las Vegas. In these roles, I assist with activities of daily living such as hygiene, toileting, feeding, and mobility while promoting dignity and independence. I collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans, monitor health and behavior, and ensure a safe and supportive environment. My experience also includes meal preparation, nutrition support, and coordinating services across homes, clinics, and community settings. I am trained in CPR, First Aid, and crisis intervention, allowing me to respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations.
