About Juan David

I have worked in Senior Care through agencies for more than 3 years. My experience is exclusively in live-in care, doing 3-4 day shifts. I have completed numerous training courses as part of my work with Caregiving Agencies. I am empathetic and adapt to the needs of loved ones under my care. In my experience every family and loved one is different. I have learned to be flexible and respectful as needs/wants vary from case to case. All I need is clear communication and everything works from there. My years of experience have taught me caregiving is not easy but with communication and empathy it can be made simple.
