About Joy

Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what I'm passionate about. For three years, I've been dedicated to supporting their well-being and independence. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant with CPR Training and First Aid Training. I also provide tailored activities for people living with Dementia which I previously work as Life Enrichment coordinator. My college degree has equipped me with the skills to be professional and detail-oriented, while my natural compassion allows me to be patient and calm. I adapt to changing routines and de-escalate stressful situations. Incorporating memory care activities into care is something I do. I communicate with families using their preferred method, providing verbal updates and regular check-ins. Building connections with care recipients starts with understanding their preferences and personal history. I would love to bring my experience and heartfelt care to your family.
