Hi I'm Joy, and I'm a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with a strong commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care. I have experience supporting individuals with activities of daily living (ADLs), meal preparation, light housekeeping, mobility assistance, companionship, and emotional support while promoting safety, comfort, and independence. My caregiving experience includes providing support to family members affected by complex conditions, including Huntington's disease, dementia, and Alzheimer's disease. These experiences strengthened my understanding of the importance of patience, organization, attentiveness, flexibility, and individualized care. I take pride in building respectful & trusting relationships with clients and their families while ensuring each individual is treated with dignity and compassion.
