About Joy

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. For the past 10 years, I've been privileged to work as a Certified Nursing Assistant. My college degree has enhanced my understanding of care. I am adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I offer transportation, run errands, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts. Respecting independence is important to me. My personality is patient, compassionate, and friendly.
