About Ashley

Bringing comfort and support to seniors is my calling. With three years of experience in home health facility and +10 personal experiences, I am passionate about fostering independence and well-being in the lives of adults and seniors. I provide respite care, hospice services, and assistance with daily living, including light housekeeping and meal preparation. I am also experienced in dementia care and Alzheimer's, medical management, and encouraging physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid certified. My approach is patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through daily reports, verbal updates, and their preferred method. I respect the independence of those in my care. I am comfortable with pets. I find joy in making a positive impact as well as companionship and supporting families, and I hope to bring that same dedication to your family.
