Completely left us hanging 2 days before she was supposed to help with overnight care for my mom. Hired her on 12/4/20 for 12/17/20. Seemed very reliable and authentic when she was interviewed but didn't have the decency to even call us to tell us it was too much for her because of her other job. Waited to tell us when we called HER on 12/15/20 to confirm her arrival time. Unacceptable for families that rely on people. First experience with Care.com and now we're cautious.
