We had hired Marta after a phone and in person interview. Unfortunately my father passed the day she was scheduled to start nights. Her professionalism, deep care, and compassion was eminent during each encounter and on the communication the day my father passed. He was very much looking forward to her being with him and helping him with his physical and cognitive needs, and he was hard to please when it came to care givers. Her communication was always timely. So while we didn’t actually get to see Marta in action, we knew we were going to be in great hands and trust any future family will also be.
