I’m really not the type of person who writes reviews, but I felt like this one was worth taking the time for. We found Joy through a friend. She was taking care of their mother. For the past two years, she has been taking care of our little ones. I completely understand why they trusted her so much. From the start, she’s been reliable, easy to have around, and genuinely great with my kids. She connects with them right away and keeps them busy in a way that feels natural, not forced. She also cooks for them and actually pays attention to nutrition, which I really appreciate. On top of that, she helps organize their rooms and clothes — not because I asked, but because she just notices what needs to be done and does it. That alone says a lot about her. She’s also great with pets, which makes things even easier in our house. She shows up on time, follows our routines, and makes everything feel smoother and less stressful. I never worry when she’s the one watching the kids. It’s rare to find someone who checks all the boxes, but she really does. She is genuinely a warm and caring human being! I’m honestly sorry that we won’t be able to use her services anymore because we’re relocating to New Jersey. If I could give her 6 stars, I would!
