About Joy

Hello! I have several years of experience in childcare. I started out babysitting for families in my neighborhood and for my sisters 4 children as a teen. I also worked as the college group childrens class supervisor each week at my church. Next, I became a nanny to two different families, during my pregnancy and after. Then, finally landing as a cook at a childcare center and became a classroom teacher to school-aged children and infants and toddlers. Later, I decided to start providing daycare in my home. I did this for a couple of years for mostly infants and toddler agers. I have children of my own , and now I am getting back to providing care after taking a break for a while, now that my baby is older.
