About Joy

Hi everyone, My name is Joy. I have been babysitting for over a decade and I have eight years of experience working in many different daycare centers with a variety of different age groups. I have an associates degree in Early Childhood Education as well as an EEC certification as an infant/ toddler teacher and preschool Lead Teacher. I am also certified in CPR and First Aid. Toddlers are my favorite age group because children are so curious and full of energy at that age. I have had my own preschool classroom as well as toddler classroom. I have also worked as a floater meaning that I would float from classroom to classroom and work where ever I was needed. This gave me a lot of experience with a wide range of ages from infants to pre-kindergarten. I have had the privilege of traveling to several different impoverished countries on short term mission trips with my church and work with children in these countries. I truly do have a passion for working with young children.
