About Journey

The love I have for children began at a young age as well as my desire to be an elementary school teacher. My passion for nurturing children's growth and development has led me to become a childcare provider. With six years of paid experience in various roles, I have the skills and knowledge to ensure you're child's safety and happiness. My experience includes tutoring, babysitting, and youth sports coaching. I currently work as a substitute teacher and the leader after-school counselor at a school in Hoover, Al so my schedule is pretty flexible to meet the needs of your family. I am patient, calm, and creative, and I love to play all sorts of games with children, from board games to educational games to technology-based games. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and always respect my parents' wishes. I aim to provide a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for your child.
