About Josie

Hi! I have over six years of experience working with kids in different roles. I started as a Registered Behavior Technician supporting children with behavioral therapy, then worked as a full-time nanny for three years caring for two wonderful kids, and most recently I was a preschool teacher for one year. I also studied Child Development at UC Merced, which gave me a strong foundation in understanding how children grow, learn, and thrive. I believe children need a caregiver who is not only reliable and responsible, but also patient, creative, and fun. Families I work with can count on me to provide consistent care, engaging activities, and a safe, supportive environment where kids feel encouraged to be themselves.
