About Autum

Caring for children has always come naturally to me. I've spent the last few years supporting families and building routines that help kids feel safe, understood, and proud of themselves. I've worked with children on the autism spectrum and with different developmental needs, and I focus on patience, gentle communication, and positive reinforcement. I'm very observant - I tend to notice little things like changes in mood, appetite, or energy that help me respond before small things become big ones. I love creating calm, predictable spaces where kids can relax, explore, and be themselves. I'm also starting college soon in Business Administration, continuing to grow while doing the work that means the most to me.
