About Joshua

As a child care giver, I bring a warm and nurturing personality to create a safe and engaging environment for children. With over 5 years of experience, I have honed my ability to connect with children of all ages, understanding their needs and fostering their development. I find immense joy in working with kids, witnessing their curiosity and imagination flourish, and being a positive influence in their lives. My approach is rooted in patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for helping children learn and grow. I started working With children in Arlington County Public schools in before and after school programs with elementary students and now I'm currently working at York town high school as Instructional assistant/Admin working with teachers and students on a daily basis. I'm also a youth pastor at New Life Church and I'm very passionate with working with teens and young adults creating a warm community environment.
