About Joseph

Hi! My name is Joe. I would best be described as energetic, patient, and determined when caring for children. With over 4 years of experience caring for children from early elementary to late elementary, I am passionate about creating a safe and dependable environment and helping children learn and grow through structure, patience, positivity, trust, and creativity. My experience has allowed me to pride myself in taking the responsibility of assisting with a child's everyday life and personal development. With experience as both a counselor and one-on-one student aide, I approach every child with professionalism and compassion and bring a knowledgeable understanding in aspects such as communication skills, dependability, child development, educational activities/work, and meal preparation. Working with children in both a one-on-one and group setting has allowed me to diversify my abilities to provide a safe, alert, and positive presence for every child.
