About Jose

I'm physically fit and a certified personal trainer with years of wellness experience helping people improve their strength, mobility, fitness and quality of life. I bring that same caring, patient approach to senior companionship and support, helping older adults stay active, engaged and independent through safe movement, walks, conversation, errands and everyday activities. I also personally cared for a close friend's father before he passed. He was paraplegic with MS, had use of only three fingers on each hand and relied on a ventilator. I assisted with his daily needs, including cleaning his catheter twice a day. I'm reliable, positive and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. I maintain current CPR/First Aid certification and carry $1 million in one-on-one liability insurance.
