Hi, my name is Maia. I'm a holistic wellness practitioner, RTT Therapist, Reiki Master, and experienced family caregiver. I cared for my father before he passed, I currently help care for my mother, and I also supported my grandmother at the end of her life. I offer warm, high-quality, companionship, conversation, outings, errands, meal prep, and home support and more! I also provide gentle wellness options like meditation, somatic exercises, and energy healing if desired. Music, feng shui and aromatherapy are also apart of my approach. I'm not only well versed with all kinds of people, I'm also intuitive, reliable, well traveled, interesting, and deeply compassionate. Helping is my love language.
