Making a difference in someone's life is what truly matters to me. With three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My college degree has provided me with a strong foundation. I provide transportation, hospice services, and home health, as well as assist with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also provide dementia and medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I strive to understand each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through written reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls.
