Josephine was our nanny for our baby boy from when he was 3 months to 9 months. The only reason we aren't using her anymore is because our financial situation changed and we have to put our son in daycare. We are very sad that Josie won't be working for us anymore because her and my son have a very strong bond and we think of her as family. Josie is so loving and caring and knowledgeable about babies. She was always on time or early and let us know very early if she was unable to make it that day. She worked extra hours when needed also. She was extremely good about sticking to our sons nap and eating schedule. She played with him on the floor most of the day with developmentally appropriate activities. My son has tummy issues and is very uncomfortable and fussy at times and Josie always showed so much patience and love towards him. Her next nanny family will be very lucky to have her and I'm sure they will have an excellent experience. Please feel free to contact me with any questions
