I have over 15 years of experience working with children and teens and spent three years as a Behavioral Technician specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). In this role, I worked closely with children ages 1-18 with Autism, supporting their individual developmental, behavioral, and communication needs. My experience includes helping children develop functional communication, including nonverbal communication skills, language development, social skills, emotional regulation, and daily living skills. I bring a patient, compassionate, and encouraging approach to every child I work with. I am passionate about creating a safe, supportive environment where children feel understood, confident, and empowered to grow.
