About Jordan

I offer in-home and respite care for children from infancy to age 13, specializing in support for children with autism and other special needs. With over 10 years of experience in childcare -- including more than 4 years specifically focused on working with autistic children -- I am deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive, and inclusive environment where every child can thrive. I am CPR and First Aid certified, and my approach to care emphasizes patience, empathy, and skill-building. I support children in learning emotional regulation, coping strategies, and daily living skills, all while building trust and nurturing their unique strengths. I am passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of the children and families I work with, and I believe in promoting inclusion and celebrating neurodiversity in every aspect of care.
