As a compassionate and nurturing childcare provider with over four years of professional experience, I am committed to fostering children's growth and development in a safe and nurturing environment. My passion for working with children drives me to create engaging and educational experiences that promote their social, emotional, and intellectual well-being. With a patient and calm demeanor, I believe in open and honest communication with parents, ensuring that they are regularly updated about their child's day and any issues that arise. I prioritize following the parents' lead and implementing their preferred communication methods to establish a trusting and collaborative partnership. Will much prefer working from my home I have a room full of toys with two twin beds. My husband will be home some days but he is a firefighter/emt on the base and does 24hr shifts. I have two dogs that are very kid friendly but will be in kennels when children are present.
