Jordan is the best! She has been with our family for a year and we can’t imagine this stage of life with a 2 and almost 4 year old without her. She consistently brings great energy. She takes initiative with fun, engaging activities and really connects with our kids by taking an interest in what they love. Jordan is especially great at calmly deescalating conflicts and helping the kids work through challenges. She’s also reliable, communicative, and always positive—such a joy to have around.
