Having a job that required me to be present for eight or more hours a day was not very helpful for him so I am no longer assisting the oral surgeons I worked for for 16 years. Having a philosophy of family first which includes my best friend, this really is not work in any sense because it meets the needs of other companions and their families and is something that is second nature for me.
