I am now an empty Nester and I find myself looking to fill some of my free time along with supplementing our household income. After our 3rd child was born, I retired from my executive county position to be come a full-time Mom. As such, I also became a softball coach, a girl scout leader, a team mom, a home room mom, etc. but most of all I became my daughters #1 fan. I love animals, am a non-smoker, and only speak English unfortunately, I prefer a set schedule each week but am flexible enough to adapt to your schedule. At this time, a full time position may be of less interest to me but if it is at odd hours when I don't need to fight traffic, I am open minded. I do not believe you will find anyone more experienced and reliable... I think my three successful daughters speak for my abilities in this regard. Feel free to contact me .

If I could leave 10 stars for Joni, I would. She’s incredible - really. All of her glowing reviews don’t even give justice to how much heart she puts into watching our 6 month old. She’s attentive, incredibly reliable, and the amount of energy she has all day with him is amazing. We’re so glad to have found her! 

We are so thrilled to have Joni as our baby’s nanny. From day one, she provided loving care and activities that made our baby happy and secure. Joni consistently follows our instructions and schedule, and she thoughtfully keeps us updated throughout the day.
Joni is incredibly reliable, fantastically communicative and as new parents who were naturally apprehensive about having someone new take care of our (then) 7 month old, we couldn’t be more grateful for the peace of mind she gives us when looking after our baby.

I had the privilege to hire Joni for new years eve. She was an exceptional sitter. Very knowledgeable about how to take care of my 15 months old. She went over the call of duty. I would recommend her to anyone who needs someone honest, loving, and caring.

Joni is the absolute best!! We plan to use her every time we visit the Miami area. My two boys adored her! She is very responsible and brought activities for the boys!

Let me just start off by saying how truly blessed I feel to know Joni. She is an amazing person with such a beautiful personality and heart. She truly cares about my children having a good time and even takes the time to make sure they learn something new every day. She is immaculately punctual and considerate. She is incredibly communicative about anything and everything from her arrival to my home to how everything is going with the girls. My children are 3 and 5 years old and she is the best with them! My girls always ask when the next time is with Joni. THEY ABSOLUTELY LOVE HER AND I DO TOO!!! I work weekends from home so Joni spends time with them until my shift is over. She is so great with hands on activities and even helping me clean and organize their stuff after some fun kid chaos (dress up and play dough, painting etc). If I could give this amazing woman a million star review I would. Joni is honestly like a second mom to my girls, she is that great!

Joni has raised her own children who are now young adults. Joni has been watching my 10 year old for some 2.5 years. Joni is well organized and responsible. She has never cancelled a day that she had committed to come to work. 

She's playful and engaging with my son. She has experience as a volunteer coach and enjoys taking my son to sports practice and my son enjoys her company.

10/10 would recommend Joni! She started with us when my son was 10 months old. He is a very energetic kid, and I was looking for someone who could not only keep up with him but continue everything we were doing. Reading, taking him to the park, constant interactive playing, and so much more. Joni was heaven sent! She is amazing with our son. He loves her and we consider her our "bonus grandparent". She has been in our lives since the day we met her. My son is soon to be 3 and she still helps when he doesn't have school or we go on vacation. Joni is beyond patient, kind, SO on point with everything, I couldn't think of anyone better to take care of kids. She is just absolutely amazing, and gives awesome advice (first time mom here). 

We truly love our Joni, you would be lucky to have her join your family like she has ours!

Join had all the great qualities of a caretaker, but we were disappointed at her attitude. We hired Joni to watch our 3kids, a 10yr old and newborn twins. Unfortunately, one of our twin daughters was born with severe disabilities. She underwent 7 surgeries before her 3rd birthday, and must regularly see 14 specialists. While I had to focus heavily on helping one baby stay alive, Joni got to work with her twin -- she got paid to work with three kids, but primarily worked with one, while I maintained a full-time job, maintained a household, and tended to my sick baby. Joni talked incessantly and sometimes did not follow instructions, insisting on doing things her way. Joni got offended when I had to remind her to check the daycare for missing clothes of my healthy twin, and she threatened to quit. I said that's probably a good idea. It was disappointing to have someone like Joni show so little respect for the challenges my family was navigating. We could not recommend her.

Joni is awesome! She does a great job with my girls. I highly recommend her!

Joni was such a delight to have around our family!  She handled a 2.5 year old, a 4 month old and a 6 month old no problem at one time.  Followed all of the requests we made of her while we were in town!  Wish she could have come home with us!  Will definitely hire Joni again if ever in Miami area.

Meeting Joni and having her be apart of my sons life for the past year + has been a godsend. Joni is amazing with our son (and he has a lot of energy). She is so patient, kind, and always loving. She teaches him new things daily and we now consider her part of our family. I can't recommend her enough, and she will be such a blessing to your child and family. We love our Joni and plan to keep her in our lives as long as she lets us!

Joni is an absolute gem! I am so grateful to have had her care for my 8 month old baby boy. My son was in great hands with Joni, she showered him with attention and patience. She has excellent motherly instincts, whenever he was upset she immediately tried to alleviate the issue. To entertain him she would turn to educational activities! She is very detail orientated, receptive, and always had an open stream of communication. She also offered great advice. I am a first time mother, Joni's experience really ironed over some of my own concerns. She is incredibly reliable,  punctual, and flexible - which was very important for me since I had a tight schedule to adhere to. Most importantly, she truly cares for your little one. Her priority is to keep them happy and safe, which is all any parent can ask for. She is a spectacular woman and caregiver. There are plenty of great things to say about Joni. Joni was so great with my 15 month old daughter. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable as could be leaving my child for an evening out. She was extremely attentive, communicative and has a great energy. So friendly and kind! It's a shame I don't live in Florida, otherwise I would be hiring her every chance I could get.

She's one of a kind. She's dependable,loving,trustworthy,respectful, and really punctual.Keep you informed on everything that's is going on with your child if it's in the house and when she take them out. Very genuine loving person. She will always be apart of my family, we love her very much.

Joni was so good with my 4 month old twins! She gave them tummy time, rocked them for countless hours asleep, and gave them the care and attention that they needed while my husband and I weren't home. My boys would be smiling every time that I come home. I highly recommend Joni, she is awesome! Very dependable, friendly, communicable and honest. I will definitely be using her in the future!!
