Learning is a journey, and I'm passionate about guiding students toward their academic goals. With three years of experience, I empower students to develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills for long-term success. I struggled with ADHD throughout my schooling and understand how important it is to recognize the unique experiences of students when learning and the anxiety that school work can cause. I actively listen to students and observe their initial interactions with new material. I use varied teaching strategies such as visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. Communication is essential. Open dialogue builds trust and allows me to adapt my approach for optimal student outcomes. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding part of tutoring.
