Caring for others has been a central part of my life. As a father of four children, I understand the importance of patience, compassion, reliability, and creating a safe, supportive environment where people can thrive. My experience caring for others extends beyond my own family to friends, relatives, and individuals from all walks of life, each of whom has taught me the value of treating every person with dignity and respect. As a caregiver, I assist with transportation, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, medication reminders, mobility support, and daily living activities. I am trained in CPR and First Aid and am committed to helping individuals maintain as much independence as possible while ensuring their safety and comfort. I also have experience supporting individuals with memory care needs, including helping manage confusion, reducing anxiety, de-escalating stressful situations, and engaging in activities that promote cognitive stimulation and emotional well-being
