About Johana

Hello, my name is Johana I started working with kids when I was about 17 years old. I started working with my new born niece as a part-time and continued working as a nanny for family friends. I am a recent grad with a major in Psychology and a minor in Child Development. Due to my minor, I was put in positions where I had to work with kids at schools and I absolutely loved it. I realized working with kids a huge passion of mine and I decided to continue such work even after college. I now have experience working with special needs children as well as working with students ranging from 5 years to 21 years old. I'd describe my personality as caring, passionate and enthusiastic. One thing you should know about me is that I am very open to learning new skills and techniques that will help me improve. I am very open minded and manageable when it comes to new routines and changes. When working with kids, I try my best to make a fun environment as well as a learning environment.
