Emily has been with us for the last year and has been amazing with our 19-month-old son! She's watched our son go through several developmental milestones and has nurtured him along the way. She's caring, patient, reliable, flexible, and respectful. She engages in developmentally appropriate play, makes age-appropriate snacks/meals, and, at our request, speaks to him in and teaches him Spanish. As first-time parents we were nervous leaving our child with someone we didn't know well at the time, but Emily immediately eased those fears. Our son is in the separation and stranger anxiety developmental stage and there's few people he feels safe and comfortable and Emily is one of them. Emily goes above and beyond for our son and for our family. We unfortunately moved out of state recently and wish we could've taken Emily with us! We highly recommend her!
