About Laney

I am a 23-year-old student, singer, and dog mom. I absolutely love anything creative, whether it's making music, dancing, crafting, cooking, or playing pretend! I also enjoy spending time hiking, exploring, and swimming in nature. My passion for caregiving started early, as I am the oldest of four and grew up helping to care for my younger siblings. Today I have 10 years of paid babysitting experience and 6 years of professional nanny experience. I have worked with children in a range of ages from infant to 10, including multiples and children with physical and developmental disabilities. I also have two years of medical experience as a CNA, and am CPR and First Aid certified. As a nanny, safety and wellbeing are always my number one priority, but I think my greatest strength is how deeply I connect with children through play. I believe that modeling compassion and joy is the most essential part of raising our future generations. I cannot wait to meet and love your little ones!
