Unlocking your child's unique potential is at the heart of my teaching practice. With over 20 years of teaching in public elementary schools, I specialize in supporting elementary students across math, science, history, and English. I hold a college degree and current California teaching credential. I am a wife and mother of two grown children. My approach centers on creating a patient, engaging environment where we break complex problems into manageable steps. By observing how your child interacts with new material, I tailor my methods--whether through visual aids or hands-on activities--to fit their specific needs. I prioritize open communication with families to ensure we are aligned on progress and goals. Nothing brings me more joy than witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student masters a difficult concept and gains newfound confidence. I am happy to travel to your home, a library, or host sessions at my home, and I look forward to supporting your child's academic journey.
