About Jocelyn

Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for each day. With five years of experience providing CNA services I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I have worked both in and outside of the hospital getting the opportunity to learn and care for many different types of patients. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I'm skilled in de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and redirecting attention when needed. I can assist with errands, shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, mobility, and physical activity. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always following the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building a connection with a care recipient. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have a car, and am comfortable with pets.
