About Jo

I'm a warm, patient, and attentive caregiver with most of my hands-on experience caring for infants and toddlers, while still being comfortable with children of all ages. I currently work in a child-centered, public-facing role at a science center, where I interact with families and children daily. I also previously worked as a medical assistant and have training in basic first aid and health awareness. I enjoy reading, sensory play, puzzles, board games, educational activities, and creative play, and I'm comfortable enforcing household rules in a calm, age-appropriate way. I can care for up to three children at a time. I do not currently have a personal vehicle, but I have a driver's license and reliably use public transportation. I'm happy to help with light housekeeping, meal prep, and crafts, and I value clear communication with parents.
