Hello! My Name is Jen. I currently work as a Pre-k teacher for a local public school but will be leaving at the end of the school year. I am looking to work with a single family Monday- Friday full time beginning in early June. I have a passion for working with children of all ages and have been doing so for over 18 years. I've worked for numerous different families in the St. Louis area as a babysitter, part time nanny, tutor and full time nanny. I've cared for children from infancy all the way through teen years. Some of my favorite things to do with children are playing games, reading, arts and crafts, playing outdoors, and swimming! I have a bachelors degree in education and am certified in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Southeast Missouri State University.

Jeni is my neighbor. I have known her since she was a little girl. I hired her at first when she was a teenager as a babysitter because I saw how responsible she was. Both her parents are wonderful people so I knew that what I saw in her was real and that I could trust her with my children and my house. Jeni has always been punctual and always came prepared with projects to work on with my children to keep them occupied with something interesting for the time she spent with them. Both my kids loved her and so did I. She is still the one I give my house key to and leave with a peace of mind whenever I need someone worthy of trust.
