Joann is my mother and aside from all the things she has done for me and my two daughters I have also witnessed what she has done for other children and families. She is detail orientated and very creative. She has good people skills and is able to work with individual personalities and beliefs. Joann is a hard worker, I have even seen her waxing her refrigerator, lol. I don't think you could go wrong in asking her to work with/for you in any area you need.
