JoAnn has been a true godsend for my family. My kids love her, my mom loves her, my dog loves her, my cat loves her (and that is saying a lot), and I love her. She is dependable, flexible, and has excellent judgment when conflicts arise in the schedule. She has become a true member of our extended family. JoAnn is quick to offer a hand and is helpful to me even when I don't know that I need the help. She has a great sense of humor and is fun to be around. I count on JoAnn and trust her 100% In short, I highly recommend her as a personal assistant and friend! She is the greatest!!
