About Joanna

I'm a certified teacher with a Master's degree and five years of classroom experience (grades 3-8), plus substitute teaching across grade levels and subjects. I'm currently a homeschooling mom to my 5-year-old and caring for my 21-month-old. I offer babysitting and academic tutoring, including reading intervention, writing support, homework help, and enrichment for elementary and middle school students. I love helping children build confidence in literacy and creating learning experiences that feel encouraging rather than stressful. I have extensive experience supporting children from newborns through high school. I enjoy developmentally appropriate activities, reading, arts and crafts, music, movement, and imaginative play.
