30 years of experience have shaped my deep commitment to children & senior care. My passion lies in supporting adults' and seniors' well-being and independence, and I strive to make a positive impact on their lives while providing families with reliable care. As a certified occupational therapy assistant I'm equipped to provide respite care, live-in home care, errands/shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I respect independence, and I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am CPR and First Aid trained. I find joy in helping others, and I look forward to bringing comfort and support to your family.
