Making a difference in people's lives is what drives me. For the past three years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, empowering them to maintain their independence and well-being. My previous roles have only strengthened this passion. As a home health aide, I'm here to assist your loved ones with daily living tasks, transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also provide mobility assistance, medical management, dementia care, and hospice services. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I communicate with families through daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I respect each person's independence. I'm told that I'm patient, compassionate, friendly, and approachable. I have some college experience. I have a car and I'm comfortable with pets.
