With three years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting well-being and independence through home health, hospice, and respite care. I'm skilled in mobility assistance, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands. I can also provide transportation. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have experience incorporating memory care activities and de-escalating stressful situations. I communicate with families through verbal updates and follow their preferred communication method. Respecting independence is important to me when building connections. My calm and compassionate nature helps me provide detail-oriented care. I also speak Sign Language (ASL) and have a car.
